Rules, Regulations, Terms and Conditions of Membership at Next Level Golf The following procedures are in place to ensure customers have a safe, enjoyable experience at Next Level Golf Indoor Golf Center. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE AND CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES, REGULATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS. + Next Level Golf Indoor Golf Center is a PRIVATE CLUB FOR MEMBERS AND THEIR INVITED GUESTS. Next Level Golf is not open to the public. + Memberships are not transferable or shareable (other than the TwoSome Membership and Punch Cards) and cannot be used by anyone other than the member. Use of the facility by anyone other than the member or the member's guests during the designated reservation constitutes a violation of the policies of Next Level Golf and/or theft of services. Violations of the policies set forth in these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or revocation of the membership without refund or compensation AND/OR prosecution under local law. Members are only permitted to book time in the facility for their personal use. Guests are permitted ONLY while the member remains at the facility. If the member vacates the facility, all guests must exit as well. ​+ It is mandatory that members and guests of members exit the bay or bays when the reservation has expired. Failure to comply to reserved times can result in suspension or revocation of membership privileges without compensation. + Cancelation Policy: Reservations MUST be cancelled by the booking member if the booking member is unable to use the reserved time and/or bay for any reason. The booking member is prohibited from transferring the booking to anyone. Failure by a member to comply with this policy WILL RESULT IN CORRECTIVE ACTION BY THE ADMINISTRATION. Next Level Golf reserves the right to limit, freeze, revoke or modify memberships as necessary to correct the serious problems that these violations can cause to other members and the normal course of business. + Be Respectful of other Members and Guests: Leave the bays clean and organized. Exit the bays at the designated time. Members are required to adhere to reserved times and not inconvenience other groups. Do not stay past your reserved time. Do not allow access through the locked entrance by anyone other than the members and guests in your group. This is intended to be a secure facility for use by members and guests of members. It is not a public facility. + Members are responsible for damage to the equipment and furnishings inside the simulators during designated reservations. Damage by guests of members is the sole responsibility of the member. Swinging clubs outside of the swing plate position is not allowed for safety reasons. + Only one person should be present in the hitting area at a time. Everyone MUST keep a safe distance and keep watch of the person golfing. + Be aware and pay attention at all times: Swinging golf clubs near people, and balls exiting the bay at high speeds, can be extremely dangerous. You are responsible to ensure you are not in a location within the facility that puts you in harms way. + Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no person or obstacle is within your range of swing. The golfer is responsible for any injury or damage caused by the golf club or golf ball. + Be aware of your backswing and follow-through at all times. + Your shot must be directed towards the hitting screen. + Swinging must always take place while standing on the swing plate. Balls must be hit from the hitting mat and the hitting mat components. + Practice swings must be done in the designated hitting areas. Be alert of where you stand or walk and stay out of range when a player is swinging a club. Report any accidents immediately. + Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or guests who fail to follow the directions of the Rules and Guidelines. + Customers acknowledge Next Level Golf Indoor Golf Center is under 24/7 video surveillance. Tampering with a camera system or damaging equipment by not following procedures in the guidelines, whether willfully or by accident will result in financial compensation to Next Level Golf on behalf of the member or the guest of a member. + Please make sure club faces are clean before play. Dirty clubs cause damage to the hitting screens. + Keep food and drinks at the provided tables. NO FOOD OR DRINK INSIDE SIMULATOR at any time! + Failure to abide by any of the above procedures may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your paid membership without compensation.
